Black Truffle and Parmesan Popcorn

Whether its movie night or game day, this snack will surely be a hit when entertaining friends or family. The combination of As Ponits Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Truffle Salt and Parmesan cheese elevates this snack into gourmet territory. So ditch the microwave and serve a snack that will have everyone asking for more.
Grab a large heavy bottom pot and place on stovetop. Set the heat to medium and add your 2 tablespoons oil.
Place a few kernels into your pot, and then cover the pot with the appropriate lid. Once the kernels pop, your oil is hot enough to add the remaining kernels. After adding the kernels shake the pot over the stovetop a few times to ensure that all kernels are coated evenly with oil.
Place the lid back on the pot slightly ajar and continue cooking the kernels until there are a few seconds in between each pop (2-3 seconds). Once finished transfer popcorn into a large bowl.
Add Parmesan cheese Black Truffle Salt, and your remaining tablespoon of oil to your popcorn. Once everything is added, toss the popcorn to ensure that it is evenly coated with Parmesan, and Black Truffle Salt. If desired add more Black Truffle Salt to taste, sever immediately.
